At PJM, we have three extremely skilled and experienced Key Account Managers: Kenneth Thielsen, Nam Nguyen, and Flemming Holm. They spend a lot of time and energy on maintaining and strengthening the partnerships we have with our existing customers, and building relationships with new ones. Their aim is to provide our customers with the best possible solution as well as a smooth and transparent project execution.
A strong team from the very beginning
Our Key Account Managers play a big part in the beginning of a new project. They are your first point of contact and will make sure that your needs and requirements are assessed and determined before the initial design is developed by our Front-End Design team. There is a strong collaboration between our Front-End Design and our Key Account Management. They work closely together to ensure you get creative concepts and the right technical solution for your specific needs.

Kenneth and his colleagues also participate in our pre-projects, where you can experiment with new solutions or improvements to existing designs. This is a great opportunity for you to discover and minimise risks before the project starts. When facilitating a pre-project, we prioritise having you involved closely in the process to achieve the optimal automation solution for you.

Through frequent meetings with me and the project team, we provide our customers with an update on the progress while making sure that we are aligned before we take the next steps in the project. Furthermore, it is my job to be the link between the quotation phase and project execution, which means I guarantee that everything that we agreed upon and addressed in the beginning is part of the project going forward", Kenneth Thielsen elaborates.
