On April 22, 2021, the acquisition of PJM (Poul Johansen Maskiner A/S) by the BILA Group was announced. BILA will support the ongoing positive development of PJM, and the acquisition will increase the national and international presence of the group.
PJM will continue as an independent business company with the present leadership.

BILA Group is the leading supplier of industrial automation solutions in Scandinavia. As part of the BILA Group, we will become even stronger in responding to the current trends in industrial production such as more flexible manufacturing and increased production efficiency.

Den 22. april annoncerede vi, at PJM (Poul Johansen Maskiner A/S) bliver en del af BILA Group. Handlen er et led i at skabe en stærk dansk aktør på det voksende marked for industriel automation.
PJM fortsætter som selvstændig virksomhed med den nuværende ledelse.
BILA Group er den førende leverandør af industrielle automatiseringsløsninger i Skandinavien. Som en del af BILA-koncernen vil vi blive endnu stærkere til at reagere på de nuværende tendenser i industriproduktion, såsom hurtig omstilling og stadig mere effektiv produktion.
